Put 300 mls of water in to a protein shaker or blender and add 1 scoop of Banana and butterscotch, chocolate or strawberry favour and blend until smooth, pour or drink from blender. Glucomannan fibre is designed to swell in the tummy so drink quickly so that it does’t have time for the fibre to start to swell. Mix with water/milk/dairy substitute or alternatively blend into a smoothie.
