Food supplements should be used as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

As the Rejuvenated food supplements are totally natural, they are suitable for most people but there are certain times in our life and certain medications that would contraindicate your clients.

As a beauty practitioner your consultation form will refer more to skin conditions, however you might want to add extra questions to be more informed on your clients well being and state of health. Here are some suggested questions that you might want to add to your current form as an individual section or an extra page to cover these situations.

We have created a brief form for your client to ask for their doctors or healthcare practitioners’ approval to take our supplements where you feel that their condition may require a healthcare officials’ advice.

Ask the client to seek advice from their doctor/oncologist.
